The Show is

"Real Estate Made Easy" 

 and broadcasts LIVE every Saturday from 12:00 PM EST to 1:00 PM EST.

The show has been on the air since March of 2006 and broadcasts each week to Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan on 1370AM WSPD. If you are outside that area you can go to www.wspd.com and click on the listen live button in the top right corner of the home page  and hear the show simulcast live each week. You can listen to past shows by clicking here. The show is a live call in format where listeners can call in and ask real estate related questions.

Hosting the Show each week is Rich Rucker Director of Operations at VanDyk Mortgage Toledo Branch along with his co-host Attorney Ty Mahaffey partner in the law firm Hizer, Mahaffey and Schimmel. Both are pictured above. The show is designed to educate the listeners about all aspects of a real estate transaction.

Each week  at 20 minutes after the hour we have a live segment called "The Financial Tip of the Week" this is brought to our listeners by Rick Luedtke CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER© with Ameriprise Financial.
